For anyone who knew her, aside from her profound love for her family, art and design were truly her passions. When the creativity was flowing and deadlines were approaching, somewhere in between, a sweet break was in order. She would take from her “secret stash” or ask co-workers to share theirs. Most of the time it was some form of dark chocolate, and more importantly it was a brief moment that she could savor. In true Alena fashion and humor, she was always one to enjoy a good pun, hence the name “Alena’s Secret ‘Stache.”
