Since 2017, Jersey Boys Jerky has done more than refine an old tradition: We've started a new one. Determined to make the healthiest and freshest jerky, we use only the highest quality of USDA inspected top round. It’s cut fresh, marinated and cooked with no added fillers, chemicals or colors.
